A design request is a task that you would like for us to complete. These can range from creating display banner ads, to photo editing, to creating a print-ready flyer. If you have a question regarding a particular design request, feel free to shoot us an email anytime and we will be more than happy to answer.
You can send us as many requests as you like. We will process them one by one in a queue for you as fast as humanly possible. If you are not happy with any of the design concepts or marketing strategies, you can then request as many changes to it as you like.
We work by a queuing service, meaning that we will process each request individually and will not progress to the next request until the current one is 100% completed. We do make exceptions when clients are in a hurry to deliver something, but the rule of thumb is that we will process a single request for clients at any given time.
You, the customer, have full control over what request we work on and in what order. To facilitate this, our team will work with you on Slack and Monday, which will give you full control over all your design requests. As part of your on-boarding process, your account manager will walk you through our streamlined design process.
You own everything that is created by us. You have 100% ownership to do what you like with the job.
This depends on the design request sent to us. Before we start any job, one of the first things we do is determine what the requirements and goals are for the design request. Once we have a solid understanding of what you are trying to accomplish, we size each task in terms of business days. A relatively simple design request can be delivered within 1 – 3 business days, whereas larger tasks may take longer. Once we have sized a design request, our team of designers will work our magic and deliver the request within the timeframe.
You can request an unlimited number of changes. This means we will keep working on the design until you are 100% happy. After all, getting the desired outcome from the design is our ultimate goal!
Absolutely! As long as the brand / style guide is provided along with any specific requirements on colors, fonts and sizing, we will be able to produce design work that fits within your guidelines.
