New Strategies, Greater Impacts

Author: Taha Malik

Hey!
I hope everyone is doing well. Welcome to the next round of the Sunan Weekly Roundup!

What We Are Working On

Our team is expanding, Alhamdulillah! We’ve welcomed some top-notch talent aboard recently. First off, we’ve got a seasoned copywriter who’s not just good with words but also an expert at boosting SEO performance. With their expertise, we’re gearing up to create bespoke, premium-level content and services, ensuring our clients get an even better experience than before.

Additionally, we’ve brought in our account management squad some seasoned pros who’ve cut their teeth in management roles. Their wealth of experience is already making waves in how we handle campaigns and client relations.

And let’s not forget the strategy department – we’ve added two new strategists who’ve been the brains behind some stellar campaigns, including our recent Ramadan efforts for nonprofits. Their strategic approaches are proving invaluable as we aim for greater impact and effectiveness.

Last but definitely not least, we’ve brought in a senior creative professional who’s adding fresh ideas and innovation into our creative process. It’s all part of our mission to push boundaries and deliver exceptional results across the board.

As the saying goes, If you are looking to create great results, start by building a great team.

And this is exactly what we’re working on! We’re working on ourselves, consistently improving ourselves to become people who can create an impact, and equip global nonprofits to create everlasting change.

My Biggest Takeaway

Lately, my journey has been about growth and perspective. Working closely with a business development coach has been eye-opening. They’ve helped me realign my ambitions and rethink our path forward.

To reach our next big milestone, I’ve realized we need to evolve.

What got us here won’t necessarily take us to the next level. It’s about adapting our strengths, refining our approach, and challenging ourselves beyond our comfort zone. We’re aiming high – looking to partner with organizations making a global impact. By providing them the right tools and skills, we’re not just growing our business but also contributing to something bigger.

Deliberate practice and coaching are key. It’s not just about putting in the hours but doing so with purpose and guidance. Take Shaquille O’Neal – sure, he shot thousands of free throws, but without the right coaching on technique, it only got him so far. It’s that refined, deliberate approach that sets apart the good from the great.

And At Sunan, we’re continuously working to not just be great, but the best in what we do.

As we gear up for what’s next, stay tuned for more insights in our next weekly roundup. Because next week is going to have you stunned!

Time to level up!
